We look forward to welcoming you to the Groovin’ in the Grass concert on Sunday, July 5th, featuring the talented Mutual Fun Band! You’ll be enjoying the concert in a new venue this week — the Meadow Lawn (to the east of the Manor House.) We’re temporarily relocating the concert due to the record rainfall of recent days, which has left the turf in the Great Bowl totally saturated and vulnerable to compaction. The Gardens will still be open for your visit. See you Sunday!
You need only meander through the gardens, tour the historic Manor House, visit the seasonal Butterfly House, or hike along the Nature Walk to appreciate the unique beauty and charm of Ladew Gardens.
Our offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd for the holiday, but the Gardens will be open Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Ladew Topiary Gardens is a nonprofit, 501 (c)(3) organization whose mission
is “to maintain and promote the gardens, house and facilities in keeping with
the creative spirit of Harvey S. Ladew for the public benefit and for educational,
scientific and cultural pursuits.” Both House and Gardens are listed on the
National Register of Historic Places.
